Long few days..
Uhm. Long 2 days.
Basically I waited outside of Wal-Mart from 2pm to 10pm before we were moved inside for 2 more hours so I could buy my husband the new Nintendo Wii for Christmas. No I did not forget the Classic Controller or The Legend of Zelda: Twilight Princess either. He did receive his gift early simply because I suck at keeping big presents that I know people really want surprises. My brother waited with me and my mom also bought one for my family as well.
For my birthday I went to the mall. Went to Build-A-Bear and built a penguin (Mumble from Happy Feet) and named him Tappy Feet. He has a tap hat, shoes, and a coat and boots in case he gets cold. I also got some godive biscuits thanks to my hubby and some new clothes from Aeropostale, thanks to my in-laws. (Also included was the new post secret book and new sheets <3). My sister-in-law knitted me a scarf and ear-warmer and my sister gave me a mini-manicure set tonight when I picked her up from work. (My parents previously bought me some new shirts and pants from Aeropostale because I needed them as an early present.)
After the mall hubby took me to Applebees (My favorite restaurant) and I got a strawberry margarita which I was able to drink with only a wince at the end of the drink where the little bit of alcohol that they put in it had settled. We went to (a few) Block Buster's and finally found a copy of John Tucker Must Die which we rented, then proceeded to come home and watch before hubby took up playing on the Wii.
Needless to say, Hubby and I have been playing Twilight Princess since we got it.
Oh, also, got cute new pictures from Miss S of baby and he is quite adorable. They seem to be settling in (hopefully things will be better) okay.
Now I'm tired and off to fall asleep watching hubby play TP.
