Officer C. Lown
How has my life been going you ask? Well, let's see here; I got fired on Friday (Missing too much work due to being sick), then lost my A in Econ and my final grade dropped to a B on Saturday, on Sunday one of Starr's puppies died, nothing of note yesterday, and I got a speeding ticket tonight. Speed limit went from 55 to 45, here's how it went:
Officer: Know why I pulled you over?
Me: Honestly? I really don't.
Officer: You were speeding back there.
Me: When? I don't think I was.
Officer: Back where it changes from 55 to 45.
Me: Wasn't I slowing down though?
Officer: "Yes, you were, you just didn't do it quick enough."
I wasn't even ten feet from the sign where the speed limit changes when he pulled me over - the only way to have slowed down "quick enough" would have been to throw on my brakes and get hit from behind, since I was in a one-lane flow of traffic. My ticket says 55 in a 45. Whatever.
My week is just majorly sucking.
