Pink Tinks & other Things

So, I am back from seeing Weird Al in New Jersey ("I sued Delta Airlines 'cause they sold me a ticket to New Jersey - I went there, and it sucked!" - Truer words never spoken. seriously.) on 8/6 then I saw him in Delaware on 8/9 and, oh yeah, I MET HIM!! We had a sign that said "We drove 1500 miles (From Texas) to meet Weird Al!" and told pretty much everyone, including the manager of the theater that he was performing at. After the concert the theater manager went over to the hotel he was staying at and told him about us and he came back out just so we could meet him. It was awesome. He's a very polite (and shy!) guy. Very soft-spoken and kind - completely the opposite of how he acts on stage - but that was okay. He was just very nice. I also met John 'Bermuda' Schwartz (drum player), and Jim West and Steve Jay (guitar players) and they were all just really nice and signed autographs and the back of my shirt. I didn't get Ruben (keyboard player) to sign my shirt though because he was only there for a minute. Weird Al signed my baby (my belly) and laughed when I asked him to. :) The whole band is just a group of really nice, polite people.
