Pink Tinks & other Things

I just can't believe how stupid, cruel, and amusing some people can be.

First we have the Stupid, meaning the EMT's that incorrectly declared a woman dead at the scene of a car accident, then took 2 hours to get her to a hospital. I know EMTs, and even they remarked on how dumb you have to be to make that mistake.

Then we have the cruel; there's the man who would rather kill his wife and children then go through a divorce and have another person help raise his children, and then we have the modern day slave owners.

And finally there's the amusing - first there's the inmates that covered the escape holes in their cells with bikini pictures, a nice nod to Shawshank Redemption right there, and then we have the man who sold his sons Guitar Hero III when he caught his son smoking pot - he sold it on Ebay and got $9,100.01 for it!

Nothing really going on - I woke up with a headache and I thought they were finally gone. :( It hasn't gone away even with two extra strength tylenol, which is all I can take. That's really it. I need to go shopping for Ryan's birthday present soon, as his birthday is in 5 days, and one of my brothers has a birthday tomorrow. I think this is it for now.

Nothing new really going on. I'm playing Super Mario Galaxy a bit more than I probably should, but I'm taking advantage while I still can, I guess. Baby either really likes or really hates Britney Spears as any time I play one of her songs (especially 'Radar' or 'Toy Soldier') he moves like crazy. Other than that not a whole lot going on. Constant headache. Semester coming to a close and all the stress that goes with it. Oh yes, and my glucose testing for GD is on the 11th - I finally got bumped to appointments every 3 weeks. Only 16 more weeks (ish) until Baby is here. Can you believe it? Me neither.

I'm also obsessed with this game - go play - you donate rice to hungry people and boost your brain power. :)

OH! And something OT, but what on here isn't - but I saw this secret on PostSecret today, and I swear to heaven above, that looks EXACTLY like someone that I knows handwriting. The squiggly line is something she does on any handmade thing she makes, I saw that exact ribbon at said person's house in her pile of craft stuff, the handwriting, the hearts - I swear it could be hers - funny thing is, I know she's NOT. I know it's probably not her secret, but found it highly interesting.

I am craving fries so badly right now. For the past week or so. Poor Ryan - I send him out almost every night to get me 2 large fries from Whataburger. Mmm. My mouth is watering just thinking about them.

On a different note - my parents moved this past weekend, now I'm going to their new house to do laundry and work on some embroidery things. Maybe patch up my jeans. They're my favorite and after I washed them last time the thread gave out in the knee and now there is a hole. :(

I'm looking around at apartments - 3 bedrooms so our old roommate Amy can move back in with us - and the city we live in has only one or two, and I think those places are smoking crack for the price they want for them. A few cities around us have some, but so far none of them have any open for the time we would need. Maybe in January we'll go look at houses and start searching different areas to get a feel for the price range in certain areas. Who knows.

My headache is gone. Finally. I <3 me some Tylenol 3.

Okay, going to pack up my laundry and do some other random stuff before Dad gets here.
