Pink Tinks & other Things

So, the only way for me to get an A in my HR class is to get 180 points combined on my last 2 tests, which is impossible as the average for these tests is a low C, and the highest I've ever gotten was an 88, once. Also, I'm still in pain from my wreck, the insurance company has yet to get back to me to let me know when they are going to fix my sisters car and how much it will cost me, and, oh yes, My grandpa has been diagnosed with Huntington's Disease. A terminal illness.

I know the first two things are stupid compared to the last, but they are just 2 more things piling up on top of the big thing. I'm really stressed, and especially with pregnancy hormones I have no idea how much longer it will be before I break down and have a good venting/crying session. Pray you aren't around for it.

Well, it's going to cost $3,500. to fix my sister's car. She needs brand new passenger doors (I figured as much). I'm not upset because I have to pay it (nobody is telling me to, but I feel since I did it, that it's my duty to pay for it), I'm upset because her car was only $9,000. to begin with. So WTF is with the $3,500? Also, I just found out as long as you aren't the driver, it's okay to leave the scene of an accident in Texas, AND if you witness an accident, you don't have to come forward! W.T.F. This would explain why the old guy in the truck left before the police got there and they didn't care. This is really bothering me. If anybody wants to help me pay this, there's a donate button to the right. All money goes to my sister, since I ruined her car. Now if you'll excuse me, I'm going to go cry.

My neck hurts, my head hurts, my left side of my back hurts as well as a line across my entire back, my right elbow up to my shoulder hurts. Ryan asked me how I felt this morning and without even thinking about it I replied "I feel like I've been hit by a truck." Ahh, I made a pun without realizing it. (Would that be a pun? I don't know. I just know I said the first thing that came to me.) Now, if the pain would go away it might be funny. Until then I'll just sit here in pain since I can only take Tylenol.

Also, just for a comparison a Ford F-150 hit my sister's Chevy Aveo 5 (under the big picture - the hatchback).

First, dinner with the parents was fine - nobody fought and that was the big thing.

Secondly, I was in a car wreck. Does my first car wreck happen when I am 16 or 17 and it's expected? No. It happens 10 days before I turn 22 and also while I am pregnant!

Long story short, cars going to the north had a red light and were stopped, I was going to the south, stopped in a lane to turn left - cars are all stopped, SUV blocking my vision honks and waves me to go, I go, and BAM! I got t-boned. A big Ford F-150 hit my sisters Chevy Aveo. Oh yeah, IT WAS MY SISTERS CAR. She'd only had it for 2 months, and it was her first car. And I ruined it. Neither passenger door will open and it is crushed a foot in. I got a ticket for "failure to yield" even though the truck was going faster than it should have been. I call BS - he was speeding and would have run his red light had he not hit me.

Anyway, I'm in pain and can only take Tylenol. BABY IS FINE. They took about 33 (seriously) pictures and made sure to get pictures of EVERYTHING for the radiologist - but BABY IS FINE. That was the one thing that I was worried about. Lucky for me, Ryan is off tomorrow and can stay with me in case I need something. Now, though, since baby is fine, I'm worried about my sister's car. It's still drivable and she has insurance, but I still feel terrible. I feel even worse though because I ruined my sister's car. Seriously, I'm tearing up thinking about it. She doesn't even let her boyfriend drive it and she let me and I wrecked it.
